Single-car Accident In Bow Leaves Two Women And One Child Injured

A single-car accident in Bow was reported by the local news and according to the several articles, drugs were thought to play an allegedly big part in the accident.

Official reports from the Washington State Patrol show that a 20-year-old woman was driving her Kia Sephia around 11:20 a.m. southbound on Interstate 5 last Sunday morning when the vehicle allegedly went off the road.

According to the official reports from the Washington State Patrol, the car rolled after going off the road injuring the driver, a 19-year-old passenger and a 4-year-old girl. The Washington State Patrol reported that the one of the causes behind the crash was the fact the driver was driving under the influence.

Charges of felony driving under the influence of drugs are allegedly still pending.

As a Kirkland Car Accident Lawyer I am hoping that the two women and one child injured in this crash will be back with their normal lives at once and that this accident will serve as an alert to young drivers all over Washington.

I, a personal injury lawyer urge teens and young adults to learn about the dangers of driving under the influence of dangerous drugs that will slow your reflects and keep you from driving with a keen mind and watchful state. It is illegal and it is deadly.

Train Collision Responsible for Ethanol Spills

News outlets have announced that an accident involving two trains have caused one of the derailed tanker cars to be leaking ethanol. According to the authorities, the collision occurred sometime after 3:30 a.m. in a switching yard when two of the locomotives along other 12 cars derailed. One of the cars was carrying corn syrup and calcium chloride.

According to the news sources, there are more than thirty crews from the fire department and other emergency responders present on the scene of the accident attempting to contain the situation. The entire region where the collision took place was evacuated.

Although there were different items being carried, only the ethanol was reported to be leaking.

As a Renton personal injury attorney I urge all of the residents of Pasco, Washington to stay away from the area where the accident occurred. I truly hope that more investigations will be performed so all the reasons behind this serious collision may be brought to the public.

For any case of personal injury that you may have been suffered and that was caused by a train accident, don’t hesitate to contact a personal injury lawyer who’s close to you. Don’t delay.

Busy Halloween Season for Washington Highway Patrol

According to what local news have reported, this time of the year is usually busy when it comes to driving under the influence and because authorities know how dangerous the season is, extra patrols were sent all around the State during the Halloween weekend. They started to do their heavy duty Halloween surveillance Friday evening and continued throughout the weekend.

In the past, half of all National highway fatal accidents involved a driver who was under the influence. Over the last three years, there were over 500 arrests for DUI during this holiday in the Pierce and King counties alone. Hopefully this year around, the Washington Highway Patrol and local authorities aren’t going to have a busy season.

As a Seattle car accident lawyer I am quite familiar with the great number of cases related to victims of this kind of accident. I urge all drivers out there to be especially aware of the road for drunk drivers, particularly in this time of the year. In the case of an accident related to a drunk driver, don’t hesitate and call an Seattle personal injury attorney to assist you and represent you in your case.
