Driver Hits Bear, Wildlife Very Active During This Time of The Year

According to local news, a driver on U.S. Highway 12 just outside Oakville hit a black bear. The accident happened some time after 8:20 a.m. on Wednesday according to the Washington State Patrol, but not much is known about the circumstances surrounding the incident.

The 49-year-old woman from Montesano was driving a 2006 Chrysler Crossfire when she reportedly hit the bear. It is believed by the authorities that the animal was injured but he ran into the woods, authorities were not able to find him.

No details on the woman’s health state were revealed. Troopers from the Washington State Patrol claim that there isn’t a full report regarding the details of the accident just yet.

As a Bellevue car accident attorney I urge all drivers to be extremely careful whenever driving in roads where wildlife signs are posted. This time of the year is when they are mostly active.

Personal injury lawyers understand that serious injuries could have been inflicted upon the driver if the accident had been any more serious. Remember to be especially watchful of the road during early mornings and early evenings. Whenever an accident caused you to be severely injured, remember that a personal injury lawyer should be contacted right away.

Woman From Ellensburg Is Uninjured After Two-Vehicle Collision

Various news outlets have reported that a 21-year-old woman from Ellensburg was involved in a collision on U.S. Highway 97 and fortunately was left uninjured.

The authorities claimed that the accident happened just four miles south of Leavenworth some time during Sunday afternoon. The collision occurred when a vehicle tried to make a left turn but failed to first yield to the other car carrying the 21-year-old who was sitting at the passenger seat.

The reports from the Washington State Patrol show that the 84-year-old man driving the car that caused the accident was from Pehshastin. He was allegedly injured and taken to the Hospital after the accident.

Authorities say that all drivers and passengers were wearing their seatbelts.

I, a Bellevue car accident lawyer hope that the driver who was injured will have a steadfast recovery. Hopefully this accident will serve as an example to all drivers who sometimes find themselves not paying enough attention to the road they’re traveling on.

Even familiar streets from quiet neighborhoods can pose threats if you’re not attentive to the traffic surrounding you. Whenever you’re involved in an accident that was caused by the recklessness of other drivers, contact a personal injury lawyer in your area.

Drunken Driver Causes a Rear-End Collision

Local news outlets have reported that there was a collision on Sunday sometime after 8:30 a.m. involving a Richland driver who was allegedly sent to jail after the authorities arrived at the scene. According to the Washington State Patrol, the woman was driving under the influence and was handling the vehicle without a valid license.

The official reports claim that the 1999 Plymouth Breeze the woman was allegedly driving failed to stop at an intersection when she hit the rear of a vehicle that had stopped at the intersection to yield to traffic.

The driver in the vehicle hit by the alleged drunken driver was in a good shape after the accident but the passenger was taken to the hospital sustaining some injuries. A personal injury lawyer in Seattle or any other area in Washington could be of great assistance to the victims of the recklessness of the driver who caused this accident.

Multiple Vehicle Collision Slows Down the Interstate 5

According to the many news articles from this morning, commute might have been very difficult for those trying to go through downtown Seattle. The Washington State Patrol has reported that a collision involving four vehicles has interfered with the traffic going northbound on Interstate 5.

The news sources have claimed that no more details were released on what caused the major collision. Investigations are allegedly underway.  The lanes are again free for traffic since the Washington State Patrol has cleared all vehicles from the restricted accident scene.

As a Seattle car accident lawyer I understand that many cases need more time to be investigated so the authorities will be able to determine exactly what caused the accident. Personal injury lawyers could be of great assistance to some of the drivers sadly involved in this collision.

Washington State Patrol: 96 Collisions In Less Than 20 Hours

According to recent local news from Wenatchee, WA, the Washington State Patrol Troopers have been investigating over 96 accidents that happened on November 16th and 17th.

The reports from the authorities show a great difficulty from drivers to adapt to the major change in weather. Most of these collisions allegedly happened because of icy roads and a lack of attention from the drivers’ part. Washington State Patrol Troopers claim that all collisions could have been prevented if all motorists just slowed down.

The authorities hope that these accidents will remind drivers to be extremely prepared for the rough weather changes during the winter.  The article also urges drivers to verify if they vehicles have the proper tires for the wintery weather and the icy roads.

As a Federal Way car accident attorney I hope that all readers understand the importance of having your vehicles completely safe for winter driving. Always have a full tank of gas and keep something warm in your car. Because of the snow, you might encounter many unexpected road closures that can slow the traffic and cause more accidents. Stay alert.

Whenever you are involved in a personal injury case that was caused by a third party, remember to contact a personal injury lawyer that will assist you with your case in a timely manner.

Crash At I-5 Causes Traffic Jam

According to very recent news, the very two right lanes of Interstate 5 where it interchanges with Interstate 405 are completely blocked because of a collision.

The still very inconclusive reports from the Washington State Patrol say that this was a one-vehicle accident involving a semi-truck.

The driver allegedly has serious injuries although nobody can really say it with certainty. Washington State Department of Transportation has released the footage of the crash and according to what’s been seen, the truck seems to have tried to stop under the overpass without much success.

There are many emergency vehicles stopped by the crash area and according to the last official reports, the conditions for the accident to have happened are not yet known. Authorities are trying to keep the traffic going around the accident scene.

As an Olympia personal injury lawyer I sincerely hope that the truck driver will be able to fully recover in a speedy and hassle free way. I also urge the authorities to work on the investigations that will finally demonstrate what was behind this crash so people can learn from the dangers of the road.
