One Dead, Two Injured In Muscle Car Crash

According to news sources, a person died and two others were injured in a muscle car accident Sunday when the driver suspected of driving under the influence lost control of the vehicle and overturned.

The accident took place near Ashley Road and Seventh Street after the driver pulled out of a driveway in a 1970′s Plymouth Barracuda with two passengers inside the vehicle, a California Highway Patrol officer said. After traveling a few hundred feet the vehicle overturned. The rear passenger was ejected from the vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene. The passenger and the driver were both transported to area hospitals after sustaining injuries.

The CHP is investigating the crash and the driver was expected to be arrested after being released from the hospital, the CHP said.

Head-On Collision Leaves Two Seriously Injured

According to news sources, two people sustained serious injuries in a head-on collision Wednesday morning on Twentynine Palms Highway after a driver drifted into opposite traffic.

A 22-year-old man driving a 2003 black Saab sedan traveling at speeds of about 65 mph was reportedly weaving through traffic before the accident took place, witnesses said.

The man Saab proceeded to drift onto opposing traffic, colliding head-on with a 1995 blue Buick LeSabre traveling at about 70 mph, the California Highway Patrol said. The head-on collision caused major injury to both drivers, both of which were transported to area hospitals for treatment.

The drivers were both restrained at the time of the collision, their airbags deploying without incident. The CHP has said that alcohol does not seem to be a factor in the collision.

As a car accident attorney Los Angeles, I wish all those injured in this accident a speedy and complete recovery. I advise you never to leave the scene of an accident. If you or someone you care about has been struck by a car and believe the conditions that caused it were the fault of another party, I encourage you to contact a personal injury lawyer to help you proceed legally.

Multi-car Accident Leaves Two Injured in Cle Elum

According to local news, two people were rushed to the Hospital after allegedly being involved in a multi-car crash. The Washington State Patrol has reported that the accident happened sometime this morning just five miles west of Cle Elum.

A 48-year-old man from Bellevue was going east on Interstate 90 when he dozed off, falling asleep at the wheel. That’s when the Nissan Sentra he was driving crossed the road and hit a semi-truck that was driving west. The Setran allegedly broke in two pieces at the time of the crash.

Reports from the Washington State Patrol claim that half of the vehicle rested against a guard rail on the right shoulder while the other ended up at the left shoulder. The passenger in the Sentra was also injured while, according to reports, a third car was struck by debris from the crashed car. The two motorists that had their vehicles hit by the alleged drowsy driver were not injured according to official reports.

The Washington State Patrol is still investigating the accident, no more details were disclosed about the nature of the crash or if there was any other factor that might have caused the collision.

As a Seattle motorcycle accident lawyer I wish a steady and speedy recovery to the two men who were allegedly injured after this sad accident. Personal injury lawyers will tell you that accidents caused by drowsy drivers can be fatal. Whenever you have been injured in a car accident provoked by another driver, contact a car accident attorney you can trust.

Biker Injured in Northern California Bicycle Accident

A bicycle rider is lucky to alive after being hit by a car in the middle of Eureka traffic. According to news reports, the impact of the collision sent the biker into a car windshield smashing the glass. Apparently he force caused him to land nearly 20 feet away in the middle of traffic. He was riding down the city streets when he halted at a stoplight. When the light turned green, he started to cross the intersection, but was struck by a car turning into the road.

Doctors told the crash victim that the bicycle helmet saved his life, and he is lucky he had no injuries other than a severely bruised leg and a possible broken rib. An off duty firefighter witnessed the accident and called paramedics for assistance. Bicycle safety is a huge traffic concern in California cities.

As a Petaluma personal injury lawyer I urge cyclists to always wear a helmet when going out for a ride. If you or a loved one were hurt in a bicycle accident in California, speak with a qualified personal injury attorney to ensure that your legal rights are protected to the fullest extent of the law.

Two-Vehicle Crash on Highway 2 Injures 3

Media sources reported that three people sustained minor and severe injuries in a two-vehicle collision near Airway Heights on Highway 2 Tuesday night.

According to the Washington State Patrol, the accident happened at roughly 7:30pm near Flint Road just outside of Airway Heights on Highway 2 Tuesday night involving two sedans. While an investigation is still underway, authorities have stated that one of the passenger vehicles failed to yield to westbound oncoming traffic while attempting to make a left turn onto Flint Road. The two vehicles collided in a t-bone collision. The turning vehicle was thrown off of the roadway and into a nearby ditch.

Emergency crews arrived shortly thereafter and had to extricate the sole occupant of the vehicle thrown into the ditch by removing a section of the vehicle’s roof. The driver was then transported to a nearby hospital for the treatment of serious but non-life threatening injuries. The two occupants of the other vehicle sustained minor injuries in the accident and were treated and released at the scene.

Washington State Patrol officials are still investigating the accident, but have stated that they do not believe drugs or alcohol played contributing roles in this incident.

As a Renton car accident attorney, I’m relieved to learn that no one was more seriously injured in this accident. I wish the victims of this accident a speedy recovery so that they may more quickly put it behind them. If you’ve been injured in an accident due to the reckless actions of another, call a car accident lawyer in your area to discuss the legal avenues open to you.

2 People Seriously Injured in Malibu Car Crash

Two people were injured in a major car accident in Malibu on Kanan Dune Rd. According to news reports, the car accident took place around  4:30 in the afternoon on Kanan Dune Road. CHP officers believe the driver lost control and crashed into the side of the mountain. One person was critically injured in the car wreck. The other passenger’s injuries were not considered life-threatening.

Paramedics were called to the crash scene to attend to the injured occupants of the vehicle. Emergency services airlifted both accident victims to UCLA Medical Center where they received treatment for injuries sustained. The mountain road through Malibu was closed for a short time to allow emergency services to help the crash victims.

As a Los Angeles personal injury lawyer I urge motorists to take extra care when driving through mountain passes. The roads crossing through the Santa Monica mountains can be dangerous and have sharp and unexpected turns. If you or a loved one were hurt in a car accident, speak to a personal injury lawyer to discuss your legal options.

Driver Critically Injured in Car Accident on 10 Freeway

A motorist is in critical condition after being seriously injured in an auto accident on the 10 freeway yesterday. According to news reports, the man was driving a pickup truck towing dirt bikes as well as a sport utility vehicle. The motorist apparently lost control of his vehicle, swerving wildly across lanes before flipping over violently in the area where Highway 86 branches off the interstate.

Firefighters rushed to the crash scene to free the injured man from the vehicle. His arm was pinned between his pickup and the road when the truck rolled over. Paramedics evacuated the injured crash victim to a nearby hospital where he is receiving emergency medical treatment.

As a Riverside personal injury lawyer I urge motorists to never overload their vehicle. Towing too much cargo can make your vehicle difficult to steer and raises the risk of an auto accident taking place. If you or a loved one were hurt in an accident, speak to a personal injury lawyer to ensure that your legal rights are protected to the fullest extent of the law.

Elementary School Student Hit by Truck Seriously Injured

A 10 year old boy sustained major injuries when he was hit by a truck as he was leaving school. According to news reports, he was run over by a FedEx delivery truck as he was leaving a south Sacramento elementary school. Apparently the boy ran into the crosswalk when the truck driver was turning onto the street. The truck hit the boy and ran over him.

Paramedics rushed to the crash scene to attend to the young boy. He was transported to a nearby hospital when he is being treated for serious injuries including a broken pelvis. Accident investigators are looking into the cause of the crash. No criminal charges have been filed by authorities against the truck driver.

As a Sacramento personal injury lawyer I urge motorists to always proceed with extreme caution when driving through a school zone. Motorists should obey the speed limit and grant pedestrians the right of way. If you or a loved one were hurt in a pedestrian accident, speak to a personal injury lawyer for a free consultation to discuss your legal options.
