Recent articles reported a terribly tragic accident allegedly caused by a 19-year-old pickup truck driver and his distracted behavior. The accident has brought the discussion on the ban of texting while driving back to Missouri residents and to the Nation.

According to the news, the driver was texting and receiving text messages just before ramming at 55 mph against the rear end of a tractor truck.

A school bus traveling just behind the pickup truck ended up rear-ending the vehicle and was later hit also by another school bus following right behind.
