Three Teens Injured After Crash Just Southeast of Tacoma

According to several local news sources, an accident just southeast of Tacoma sent three teens to the Hospital.

The official reports from the Washington State Patrol show that the vehicle driven by an 18-year-old driver crashed into a pole on Highway 161 causing severe injuries to one of the passengers. The accident happened sometime around 12 a.m. on Thursday without involving any other vehicle.

The Washington State Patrol spokesperson stated that alcohol is likely the cause behind this accident. Officers say the driver will probably be charged with vehicular assault. Details regarding how the accident came to be were not disclosed by the authorities. The WSP is still investigating the case.

As a Tacoma car accident lawyer, it saddens me to hear about accidents involving drunk driving. This accident could have been avoided if the drunk teenage driver was in a sober state of mind and aware of his surroundings. I hope the three teens quickly recover from any injuries sustained in this incident. It is now up to the legal system to decide what charges the young man will be faced with.

If you or a loved one has been injured in a drunken driving accident, contact a personal injury lawyer in your region right away.

Man Injured After Hitting a Boulder Off The Road

A single car accident was responsible for a man from Allyn being injured on Monday evening according to the local news.

The accident happened some time around 11 p.m. when the man was driving on the left side of the Highway 3 and accidentally hit a boulder off the roadway. The vehicle spun around many times and rested on the driver’s side.

According to the Washington State Patrol, the man was taken to the Hospital as soon as the troopers arrived and his car was impounded.

Official reports show that the 77-year-old driver had his seat belt on at the time of the crash and that there were no other individuals involved in this accident. The Washington State Patrol is allegedly still investigating the accident but ruled out alcohol as one of the possible causes of the crash.

As a Vancouver car accident lawyer I hope that the driver will recover quickly and that the authorities will find out the real reasons behind this accident so similar crashes can be prevented in the near future.

I, a personal injury lawyer wish that drivers all across the Nation would be extremely cautious when it comes to distracted and even drowsy driving. Both behaviors can pose severe threats to you and your loved ones.

Man Involved In Crash On I-82 Was Following Too Close

According to local news, a 59-year-old man from Toppenish had to be rushed to the hospital after an accident involving two vehicles on Interstate 82.

Official reports from the Washington State Patrol show that the driver was going south on the Interstate around 6:20 pm on Monday night when he failed to slow down and ended up rear-ending a truck driven by a 45-year-old man. The truck was hauling a trailer and according to the reports from the authorities, the truck driver was not injured.

According to the news, both men were wearing seat belts and the local police had to hand a citation to the injured driver for driving and following too close to another vehicle.

I, a Bellingham auto accident lawyer I hope the injured driver will learn his lesson and stay away from any future issues while on the road.

As a personal injury lawyer I urge all motorists in the state of Washington to stay alert for icy roads. There are many weather conditions that will make the roads less of a safe place but if the driver is watchful and mindful of the possible issues he may face, most accidents can be prevented.

Single-car Accident In Bow Leaves Two Women And One Child Injured

A single-car accident in Bow was reported by the local news and according to the several articles, drugs were thought to play an allegedly big part in the accident.

Official reports from the Washington State Patrol show that a 20-year-old woman was driving her Kia Sephia around 11:20 a.m. southbound on Interstate 5 last Sunday morning when the vehicle allegedly went off the road.

According to the official reports from the Washington State Patrol, the car rolled after going off the road injuring the driver, a 19-year-old passenger and a 4-year-old girl. The Washington State Patrol reported that the one of the causes behind the crash was the fact the driver was driving under the influence.

Charges of felony driving under the influence of drugs are allegedly still pending.

As a Kirkland Car Accident Lawyer I am hoping that the two women and one child injured in this crash will be back with their normal lives at once and that this accident will serve as an alert to young drivers all over Washington.

I, a personal injury lawyer urge teens and young adults to learn about the dangers of driving under the influence of dangerous drugs that will slow your reflects and keep you from driving with a keen mind and watchful state. It is illegal and it is deadly.

Man Involved In Fatal Crash May Have Committed Suicide

Local news outlets announced that a tragic accident claimed the life of a man on State Route 94 last Friday.

The official reports from the California Highway Patrol demonstrate that the accident may have been intentional. The driver was on his 2004 Honda Element before 4 a.m. when he veered off the road and clashed into a Ranch Feed and Pet Supply.

The alleged significant evidence indicating the collision might have been intentional comprehends the lack of skid marks between the place of the collision and the road the man drove off from. According to the CHP the store was significantly damaged. Medical Examiner’s Office claimed that they confirmed the death was a suicide since clinical depression was added as a contributing condition to the man’s allegedly debilitating state.

While news outlets claim the cost of all the damage caused by the crash is still unknown, the real causes behind the death were left undisclosed.

As an Oakland personal injury lawyer I’m deeply saddened after learning such tragic news. The hearts and minds of all personal injury lawyers are with the family and close friends of the man who allegedly lost his life at his own will. This is a very sad day for all of us.

Driver Rescued After Falling Into The Ocean

Local news outlets have referred to an accident that happened on the Pacific Coast Highway claiming that the driver was subsequently rescued from the ocean.

California Highway Patrol reports show that the authorities were allegedly chasing the driver and that the vehicle the man was driving was possibly stolen. By the time the pursuit reached the Pacific Coast Highway just north of Yerba Buena Road, the car went tumbling off the roadway and ended up inside of the ocean.

Following the call from a swimmer who watched the entire scene to the U.S. Coast Guard, the local firefighters rescued the driver from the ocean and took him to the Hospital.

According to the authorities, the man is expected to survive regardless of the major injuries the driver suffered in the accident. Other three men involved with the chase were allegedly arrested by the authorities right away.

As a Newport Beach car accident lawyer I urge drivers to be aware of road conditions before speeding. Be attentive to the road signs and always follow the orders from the authorities if you find yourself being pulled over.

Personal injury lawyers hope that nobody else was injured as a result of this accident.

Fallen Trees And Power Lines Make It A Tough Morning For Commuters

The powerful windstorm from Thursday night allegedly made it tough for morning commuters to go about their daily routines. News broke regarding the many power outages that left over 200,000 customers from Southern California Edison without any electricity and other countless San Gabriel Valley disabled traffic signals.

Reports also showed that an undisclosed number of fallen trees have put the lives of some in danger as well as power lines affecting the traffic on many roadways.

Authorities from the California Highway Patrol hope drivers will remember that high winds are still expected to continue.

Another problem related to the strong winds is the scattering of detached materials from various sources. Debris on the roads presented dangers to pedestrians and commuters in Pasadena, as reported by the Fire Department. The California Highway Patrol reminds all drivers that intersections with defective traffic signals should be treated as a four-way stop.

According to the news sources, the presence of debris in Altadena was so denotative that sheriff’s deputies had a difficult time responding to emergency calls.

As a Glendale personal injury lawyer I hope all drivers will be extra careful during this time of high wind activity. Remember to leave your home early if you need to be somewhere at a certain time and do not forget to contact a personal injury lawyer in your area who will assist you with any questions related to an accident you may have been involved with.

Crash Near Coulee City Leaves Two People Injured

Local news outlets have reported that a crash on State Route 17 has left two people injured just 7 miles North of Coulee City.

According to the official report from the Washington State patrol, a 45-year-old woman was driving her 2006 Ford F-350 truck going northbound on SR17 just before 10 p.m. on Thursday when she lost control of the vehicle.

The road was allegedly icy which led the vehicle to roll. The driver was injured and taken to the hospital along with the passenger, a 46-year-old man. The officials from the Washington State Patrol say that the woman was driving too fast without taking into account the weather and the road conditions.

The authorities are still looking into the accident and collecting information regarding the causes behind the crash. The news went on to confirm that no official charges were pressed against the driver.

As a Federal Way car accident lawyer I sincerely wish a swift recovery for both driver and passenger and hope that other drivers will keep from accelerating while driving under extreme weather conditions.

Icy roads may present a serious accident hazard. Personal injury lawyers urge all readers to be aware of the many dangers posed by the slippery pavement, stay alert.

Wreck On SR 20 Leaves Drunken Driver Injured, WSP Reports

A man from old Port Townsend was allegedly taken to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle by helicopter after a tragic accident on State Route 20 last Monday. News articles show that the wreck happened after three in the afternoon and that it was caused because the driver was drinking before driving.

The 39-year-old man was driving a Toyota pickup truck on SR 20 toward Discover Bay when the vehicle reportedly left the lane and drifted to the side near Fairmount Road. It rotated a few times before it rested upside down in a ditch. There were no details about the use of seat belts by any of the two men involved in the accident.

The Washington State Patrol has released an official report saying that the motorist was driving under the influence of alcohol and that the passenger, a 49-year-old man was allegedly left unharmed. At this moment, a personal injury lawyer in the Seattle area could be assisting the passenger.

After the authorities responded to the accident, the pickup truck was towed since it was severely damaged.

As a Renton car accident lawyer I personally wish a speedy recovery to the driver involved in this DUI case. Hopefully, this sad accident will serve as a true example of how risky drinking and driving can be.
