After a tragic head-on collision that happened on Saturday morning, a 60 year-old man and a 12 year-old boy had their lives tragically taken from them, according to the news.
The accident allegedly happened on Highway 530 in the Snohomish County and it involved a 1990 Toyota pickup truck driven by a 60-year-old man and a 1999 Ford F350.
According to the Washington State Patrol, the accident happened when the victim was driving eastbound on Highway 530 when all of sudden it turned left just in front of the Ford 350 vehicle that was unfortunately heading east.
The Toyota hit the other car and both cars ended up resting in the eastbound lanes. The Ford’s driver was taken to the hospital for the treatments of his minor injuries while allegedly the 12-year-old boy sadly couldn’t make it alive.
