Teen Driver Allegedly Arrested After Reckless Behavior

According to different news sources, a teenager was allegedly involved in a crash after trying to pass several different vehicles on a busy Highway last Thursday morning.

The reports from the local authorities show the teen was later arrested after being charged with reckless driving after causing injuries to her teenager passenger.

The 19-year-old was going eastbound on the highway when she decided to pass several vehicles at a high speed. According to the local Highway Patrol, at a certain point the driver used the right shoulder to continue to pass vehicles.

Allegedly, the teen finally lost control of her car leading it to spin several times across the two lanes of the Highway. The car left the road, hit a fence and overturned falling back on its tires.

Even though she was driving recklessly, there were no drugs or alcohol found in the driver’s blood.

The 19-year-old passenger from Clearlake sustained some minor injuries and was taken to the hospital. The local officers said she was aided as soon as they arrived at the scene. A personal injury lawyer could be of great help to the passenger at this moment.

After short investigations and some data collected from the witnesses, the authorities realized she should be taken under their custody for her reckless driving.

As a Federal Way car accident lawyer I hope that all young drivers reading this post will look at this accident as a way of understanding how dangerous engaging in a reckless behavior can be.

Trooper Involved In Crash, Hits Black Ice And Flips Vehicle

According to several news outlets, the freezing temperature was to blame for the severely icy roads many commuters had to deal with today.

Official reports say that the Washington State Patrol trooper involved in a crash early was the victim of this severe weather.

The trooper who was on duty during the evening was driving on I-90 when all of sudden he hit a bank of black ice and slid across the road. The car rested over an embankment.

Investigators from the WST claimed that the trooper wasn’t hurt but had to be taken to the hospital as a precautionary act. Authorities say that even when you know the roads well, certain threats can hit you when you least expect.

Some of the safety measures officers have advised readers to take is to always be attentive to different glares or strange shades on the sides of the road during the night. This is the time of the year that ice and snow cause severe accidents all over Washington State.

As a Seattle car accident lawyer I hope the Washington State Patrol trooper is doing fine and that this accident will serve as an example to young drivers. All motorists should always pay attention to the road surrounding them at any time of the day or the night.

I, a personal injury lawyer urge you to star alert to severe weather conditions while on the road, stay safe and keep others safe.

Man Allegedly Caused I-82 Crash, Injuries Reported

According to the Washington State Patrol and recent reports announced by the local news, a 50-year-old man from Kennewick suffered a car accident on Monday. The man was injured after his vehicle allegedly failed to slow down following the sluggish traffic going southbound on Interstate 82.

The vehicle hit the rear end of another car. Authorities didn’t release any information regarding the mental state of the driver who caused the accident. Both vehicles had to be towed after the crash and charges against the 50-year-old driver are still pending, according to the authorities. The Washington State Patrol is still investigating all causes of the crash and the two vehicles involved.

As a Renton car accident lawyer, I hope that everyone involved in this collision will have a fast recovery. Fortunately, this wasn’t a fatal accident, but it could have been. Accidents caused by distractions are becoming more and more common everyday. We must understand that if we don’t pay attention to what goes on around us, our chances of not getting hurt become slim.

Preventable accidents like the one mentioned in this post should never happen. Any personal injury lawyer can tell you of how painful it can be for those fighting for their rights in a personal injury case, hopefully this will serve as an example and an eye opener for the readers in this blog.

Man Allegedly Carrying an Invalid Driver’s License Provokes Crash

According to the Seattle police and recent articles, a man was allegedly arrested after making an illegal turn. The driver performed the illegal maneuver right in front of a Sound Transit train and ended causing a crash. The accident happened in South Seattle.

Reports from the authorities show that the accident happened sometime around 8 a.m. at South Brandon Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Way South. The man caught up in this accident was allegedly driving without a valid driver’s license.

There haven’t been many other details disclosed about the incident, the identity of the driver is also unknown. What forced the man to perform the illegal turn was also kept away from the news by the authorities due to their investigations. Police representatives however claim the man who caused the crash is not cooperating with legal procedures.

A few delays were noticed during this morning’s commute due to the accident but no serious injuries were reported.

As a Seattle car accident lawyer I wish the authorities will be able to contain possible ramifications of the actions of this careless driver. Personal injury lawyers should be always able to help in if you or a loved one ever gets involved in an unfortunate accident related to the distracted driving of others in traffic. Don’t delay.
