Three Teens Injured After Crash Just Southeast of Tacoma

According to several local news sources, an accident just southeast of Tacoma sent three teens to the Hospital.

The official reports from the Washington State Patrol show that the vehicle driven by an 18-year-old driver crashed into a pole on Highway 161 causing severe injuries to one of the passengers. The accident happened sometime around 12 a.m. on Thursday without involving any other vehicle.

The Washington State Patrol spokesperson stated that alcohol is likely the cause behind this accident. Officers say the driver will probably be charged with vehicular assault. Details regarding how the accident came to be were not disclosed by the authorities. The WSP is still investigating the case.

As a Tacoma car accident lawyer, it saddens me to hear about accidents involving drunk driving. This accident could have been avoided if the drunk teenage driver was in a sober state of mind and aware of his surroundings. I hope the three teens quickly recover from any injuries sustained in this incident. It is now up to the legal system to decide what charges the young man will be faced with.

If you or a loved one has been injured in a drunken driving accident, contact a personal injury lawyer in your region right away.

Accident Caused By Suspected Drugged Driver

According to recent news articles, an accident involving an off-duty sheriff’s deputy and an alleged drugged driver sent both motorists to the hospital. The accident happened near Lake Elsinore around 7:30 in the morning. A 66-year-old man was driving westbound on Highway 74 when his Toyota Prius drifted off to the opposing traffic lanes.

According to the official reports from the California Highway Patrol, his Prius vehicle collided head-on against a Honda Civic driven by an off-duty Orange County sheriff’s deputy.

Witnesses claimed that the driver had been previously seen weaving in and out of his lane on the road just before the wreck. A spokesperson from the California Highway Patrol stated that the 66-year-old driver was under the influence of narcotics and that both drivers were taken to the local hospital as soon as the authorities arrived at the scene.

As an Orange County car accident lawyer, I’m saddened to hear that this accident was likely caused by intoxicated driving. I hope both drivers are able to experience a speedy recovery. I’m glad to hear that no one else was involved in this wreck. When you are intoxicated and you drive you’re not only putting yourself at risk, but also the safety of others.

Man Involved In Crash On I-82 Was Following Too Close

According to local news, a 59-year-old man from Toppenish had to be rushed to the hospital after an accident involving two vehicles on Interstate 82.

Official reports from the Washington State Patrol show that the driver was going south on the Interstate around 6:20 pm on Monday night when he failed to slow down and ended up rear-ending a truck driven by a 45-year-old man. The truck was hauling a trailer and according to the reports from the authorities, the truck driver was not injured.

According to the news, both men were wearing seat belts and the local police had to hand a citation to the injured driver for driving and following too close to another vehicle.

I, a Bellingham auto accident lawyer I hope the injured driver will learn his lesson and stay away from any future issues while on the road.

As a personal injury lawyer I urge all motorists in the state of Washington to stay alert for icy roads. There are many weather conditions that will make the roads less of a safe place but if the driver is watchful and mindful of the possible issues he may face, most accidents can be prevented.

Single-car Accident In Bow Leaves Two Women And One Child Injured

A single-car accident in Bow was reported by the local news and according to the several articles, drugs were thought to play an allegedly big part in the accident.

Official reports from the Washington State Patrol show that a 20-year-old woman was driving her Kia Sephia around 11:20 a.m. southbound on Interstate 5 last Sunday morning when the vehicle allegedly went off the road.

According to the official reports from the Washington State Patrol, the car rolled after going off the road injuring the driver, a 19-year-old passenger and a 4-year-old girl. The Washington State Patrol reported that the one of the causes behind the crash was the fact the driver was driving under the influence.

Charges of felony driving under the influence of drugs are allegedly still pending.

As a Kirkland Car Accident Lawyer I am hoping that the two women and one child injured in this crash will be back with their normal lives at once and that this accident will serve as an alert to young drivers all over Washington.

I, a personal injury lawyer urge teens and young adults to learn about the dangers of driving under the influence of dangerous drugs that will slow your reflects and keep you from driving with a keen mind and watchful state. It is illegal and it is deadly.

After Hitting Open Truck Door, Cyclist Is Taken To The Hospital

According to several news outlets, a bicycle rider was taken to the hospital after an accident involving a truck and the driver possibly opening the door inadvertently.

The reports from the California Highway Patrol show that the accident happened on Seventh Avenue and that it’s still quite uncertain if the rider struck the truck’s door accidentally or if the driver opened the door without noticing the woman’s presence.

The biker was riding along a group around 8:40 a.m. near Dolores Street when she struck the truck’s open door and was thrown off the bike. She sustained severe injuries after the incident and was taken to the hospital immediately according to official reports.

The authorities are still investigating whether there were any other causes behind this collision or not. No details related to the other bikers or witnesses were reported.

A personal injury lawyer could be of important assistance to all individuals who have been involved in bicycle accidents but don’t know whether they’re entitled to be represented or not.

As a personal injury attorney in Long Beach I sincerely wish a speedy recovery for the bicycle rider severely struck last Saturday and hope that the California Highway Patrol will uncover all reasons behind this accident.
