Nissan Rogue Vehicles Are Being Recalled

The Consumer Reports agency states that the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration issued a recall for an approximate number of 7,300 vehicles of the 2011 Nissan Rogue model. According to the news, the recall is related to an incorrect installation of electric parts. The alleged incorrect installation, according to the national agency may cause a serious failure of the electric power steering systems in the Nissan Rogue vehicles.

According to the NHTSA, the affected cars were put together between August 2010 and October 2011. The issue was described to be provoked because the circuit board from the electric power steering known as EPS was poorly settled, leading most connections to fail. Eventually, the vehicle loses its power steering assistance due to these problems. According to the agency, this issue possibly leads to serious collisions.

Nissan has announced that all registered owners will be notified of the recall right away.

As a Renton car accident attorney I urge Nissan Rogue owners in Washington to take their cars to dealerships in a timely manner so the faulty EPS control unit will be entirely replaced for free. Personal injury lawyers know of the dangers related to faulty vehicles. Don’t live with this serious accident threat to you, other drivers and pedestrians, respond quickly.

I-5 Blocked After Motor Home Catches Fire

Local news outlets have announced that a motor home fire caused an alleged traffic jam Wednesday morning. According to the official reports from the Washington State Patrol, the accident happened when the engine compartment of the motor home going northbound on Interstate 5 caught fire.

Two people were known to be in the vehicle at the time of the accident and fortunately were able to make it out of the burning motor home in time for the sake of their safety.

The Washington State Patrol has released a report saying that the vehicle was entirely destroyed by the fire but that no one was left injured.

Although we have no details on what time the I-5 was completed cleared, the authorities were able to clean the lanes in a timely manner according to official announcements. Authorities are allegedly investigating the case to discover the real causes behind the fire.

As a Bellingham car accident attorney I sincerely hope that both individuals involved in this accident are healthy and away from any possible physical harm related to the fire accident.

Personal injury lawyers understand that an accident of this nature will need a long investigation so its causes may be revealed with accuracy and clear evidence.

Crash in Republic Leaves Two Injured

According to Washington State Patrol and recent reports from officials, there was an accident on State Road 20 where two people were left injured. A 32-year-old motorist was driving westbound when he tried to turn left, that’s when his vehicle collided with another vehicle in an eastbound lane.

The driver allegedly failed to yield to the right of way and reports say charges are still pending on this case until investigations are considered closed.

As soon as the authorities arrived and emergency help was called, both drivers were taken to the hospital. At this moment, a proficient Bellevue car accident attorney could be assisting the injured man with his case.

I, injury attorney Kirk Bernard, hope that both drivers will recover in a timely manner and that the authorities will investigate the case throughly so all factors that may have played an important role in this accident can be brought to light.

Whenever hit by a distracted driver or injured in an accident that wasn’t your fault, remember to contact your personal injury lawyer right away. The longer you wait to act, the more difficult it will be for an attorney to assist you.
